Back by popular demand for 2027, the Big Green Egg is returning to our hotels for year-round flame-grilled dining.

Join us for a laid-back lunchtime experience, as our chefs cook a tempting selection of dishes over the flames, from perfectly grilled favourites to seasonal specials. Watch the chefs in action, take in the aromas and enjoy your lunch outdoors when the weather is fine. And when it’s colder, we’ll bring the flame-grilled flavours indoors for you to enjoy.

At The Runnymede on Thames, Lock & Quay will offer a unique setting beside a working lock, with views of the River Thames, plus seasonal menus and drinks pairings that change throughout the year. At Heythrop Park, The Archivist takes inspiration from Thomas Brassey and his connections to travel, heritage and the world of food, bringing bold ideas and seasonal ingredients together in the kitchen.
