Modern Slavery Statement

Bourne Holidays Limited (trading as Warner Hotels) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chains. This statement sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our operations or supply chains.

We operate adult‑only hotels across the United Kingdom only under the Warner Hotels brand, providing short leisure breaks at country and coastal locations.

All of our employees are based in the United Kingdom. We comply with UK employment law, including right‑to‑work and age verification requirements, and we therefore consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct workforce to be low.

Our supply chains primarily relate to food and beverage, housekeeping and laundry services, property maintenance and refurbishment, facilities management, consumables and disposables, and professional and business services.

Our Ethical Sourcing Policy applies across our business and supply chains and sets out our approach to addressing modern slavery risks alongside the standards we expect our suppliers and partners to meet, including requirements relating to labour practices. It reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

As part of our supplier onboarding processes, suppliers are required to accept and comply with our Supplier Application Form, which includes requirements relating to employment practices, freedom of association, working conditions, fair wages, working hours, non‑discrimination, accommodation where applicable, and ethical business conduct. Suppliers are expected to maintain appropriate records demonstrating compliance and to cooperate with any audit or information requests.

We rely on our supplier onboarding processes, contractual requirements and internal policies to address the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking within our supply chain. We require suppliers to comply with our standards and to notify us of any concerns or breaches relating to modern slavery within their own operations or supply chains.

We encourage our employees to report any concerns or suspicions relating to modern slavery in line with our whistleblowing policy, including through confidential and anonymous reporting via an independent third‑party reporting service.

We operate a zero‑tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. Responsibility for managing modern slavery risk sits across our Legal, Procurement and People functions.

Managing modern slavery risk is an ongoing process. We keep the effectiveness of our policies and procedures under review and remain committed to continuous improvement.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, has been approved by our Board of Directors and constitutes our modern slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
