How do I log into My Warner Stay?
To access your Warner Stay details, please follow the steps below:
One room in your booking
Find your Booking Reference number. This can be located either:
- On page two of your confirmation letter, or
- In your confirmation email
Multiple rooms in your booking
If your booking includes more than one room, please use your Room Reference number. This can also be found in your booking confirmation email. It will be highlighted in blue next to your specific room details and number.

Terms and conditions: All time slots are subject to availability. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before arrival. Guests not booked in advance will be allocated dining times at the hotel. Once confirmed, bookings cannot be changed. The Contact Centre and hotel teams are unable to make amends by phone on behalf of guests.
