What is Black Friday early access?
Black Friday early access gives you the chance to shop our Black Friday offer before it opens to everyone else. The same offer will be available during the main sale, but you get first pick of our best deals, dates and rooms.
How can I book during the early access period for Black Friday?
To access the offer, you just need to sign up for email marketing through our website pop-up or a qualifying paid social advert. Selected existing guests will also receive an early access email, while recognised website visitors may see a direct access message. You can then browse eligible breaks through the dedicated Black Friday page. No discount code is needed for online early access.
When does the Warner Black Friday sale start and end?
Early access runs from 10am on 9th November until midnight on 15th November 2026 for eligible guests. The main Black Friday sale opens to everyone at 8am on 16th November and ends at midnight on 30th November 2026. With savings of up to £120 per room throughout, now is the time to secure your next break.
What is included in my break?
Your break includes your accommodation, breakfast, dinner, entertainment, leisure access and selected activities. What's available can vary by hotel. Drinks, additional food, spa treatments, upgrades and other extras may cost more.
Can I pay a deposit, and when do I pay the balance?
If you book more than 12 weeks before your holiday, you'll need to pay a non-refundable deposit, as stated at the time of booking, plus any applicable Warner Holiday Protection, Holiday Refund Plan and supplement payments. The remaining balance will be due according to your booking terms.
If you book within 12 weeks of your holiday, you'll need to pay the full holiday price when you book.
Please note that some offers may require full payment at the time of booking.
Can I use a gift card to book a Black Friday deal?
Yes, you can use your digital gift card when booking a Black Friday break over the phone. Simply quote your gift card's unique 19-digit code during the booking process, and its value will be redeemed against your booking.
Digital gift cards cannot currently be used to make bookings on our website. However, you can use them for food, drinks and selected on-site purchases at our hotels.
Can I combine Black Friday deals with other offers?
Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with any other offer or discount other than the multi-book bonus, cheapest ferry guaranteed, and exclusive onsite offers including free room selection and Price Promise.
How much can I save in the Warner Hotels Black Friday sale?
Savings vary by break, but you can save up to 20% on selected 2, 3 and 4-night breaks, and up to £120 per room, primarily for stays in January, February and March 2027. The offer is available across Warner Hotels, Warner Comfort and Reserve by Warner Hotels, subject to availability.
