An author of three cookbooks, Matt is a regular at culinary events, bringing exceptional craft and warm hospitality to the stage.
Chris Bavin
With over two decades of expertise in fresh produce, Chris is a renowned retail pioneer, broadcaster, and author of two hit cookbooks. Best known for hosting Eat Well For Less and Aldi’s Next Big Thing, he is a trusted voice in food education. Combining a laid-back approach with deep agricultural roots, Chris will be leading insightful, engaging live discussions on seasonal produce and home cooking today.
Carmen O'Neal
Known affectionately as “Cocktail Carmen,” she is an award-winning mixologist, flavour innovator, and founder of the sustainable, female-led distillery 58 and CO. With a deep understanding of distillation and botanicals, Carmen has spent years perfecting her award-winning spirits. Now a resident drinks expert, she will share the secrets behind crafting flawlessly balanced, modern cocktails.
Barney Desmazery
Beginning his career as a chef in top kitchens across London, France, and Australia, Barney is the longest-serving food editor for Good Food. Having written and tested thousands of recipes, he has worked alongside the country's major celebrity chefs and authored the cookbook One Dish Four Ways. Barney will be hosting live masterclasses, sharing insider skills to elevate your everyday home cooking.
