Ideal for: Guests who love a great deal.
Good to know: Dates cannot be changed once booked, and cancellations are non-refundable unless you add our Holiday Refund Plan. Only available during special offers and promotional windows.

Deposit: A lower £40 deposit per room*.
Ideal for: Budget-conscious travellers who have fixed dates.
Good to know: Dates cannot be changed once booked, but you can protect your trip with our Holiday Refund Plan.

Ideal for: Flexibility on date changes - enjoy the freedom to change your stay up to 21 days before arrival.

Sometimes life is unpredictable. For even greater peace of mind, add our Holiday Refund Plan when you book to protect you and your travelling party against the unexpected.
What’s covered by the Holiday Refund Plan?
We’re here to help if life gets in the way. Covered reasons include illness, redundancy, jury service, or death. We also offer protection if a Met Office Red Weather Warning is issued for your hotel’s location on the day of your arrival. We’ll just need a little supporting documentation to process your claim.
How does it work?
When you book the Warner Holiday Refund Plan, you can cancel up to 7 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your holiday cost, minus the plan fee and cancellation charge.

Saver rates are available on selected breaks and subject to availability. Flexible rates not available for breaks within 21 days. Saver and Flexible rates cannot be combined with other offers (except multi‑book bonus and cheapest ferry guarantee). Rates and breaks may change. Deposits only apply to holidays booked more than 12 weeks in advance and are non‑refundable. Balance due 12 weeks before arrival. Not valid for groups of 20+. Holiday Refund Plan can be added up to 12 weeks before arrival and applies to qualifying cancellations only. Refunds depend on when you cancel and may be subject to fees or limitations. Not travel insurance.
