Day and membership FAQs
What are Thoresby Hall spa opening times?
Our new spa will be open to hotel guests and leisure members from 7am-9pm, every day.
Our spa will be open to day guests from 9:30am until early evening on selected days, depending on which spa package you’ve booked.
What should I wear?
If you’re visiting for a treatment, we suggest something comfortable and loose fitting.
For some body treatments, you’ll be asked to disrobe (down to your underwear) in a private room, get comfortable on the spa bed, and cover yourself with a soft and fluffy towel, ready for total relaxation.
If you’re staying for the day, we’ll provide you with a robe and slippers – and don’t forget your swimwear if you'd like to use the pool, sauna and steam rooms!
I have or had a medical condition or take medication, will my treatment be suitable?
All guests enjoying a treatment with us will be asked to complete a health consultation form. This will help us tailor everything to you for comfort and safety. If you're experiencing or have suffered from any medical conditions, or are taking medication, please call your hotel directly to discuss this in detail with the spa team. Some of our treatments are not suitable for those with certain medical conditions and may need to be adapted or amended to ensure your treatment is safe for you.
As we want your visit to be relaxing and stress-free, it's paramount the team are aware of any previous or current medical history prior to arrival. Amendments on the day of your treatment cannot always be arranged.
