Price options

They each offer different prices and levels of flexibility to suit your needs.

• Saver is our lowest price for when your plans are set.
• Standard offers great value with a low £40 deposit per room.
• Flexible provides added freedom for guests who want the option to move their dates.

If your plans are firm and you’re looking for our best promotional value, the Saver option (subject to promotional availability) is ideal.

If you have fixed plans but prefer a smaller deposit upfront, Standard is a great choice.

If you’d like the peace of mind to change your holiday dates later, we recommend our Flexible option.

If you booked our Flexible option, you can change your stay for free up to 21 days before arrival, subject to availability and any price difference. Please note that Saver and Standard bookings cannot be amended.

If you booked our Flexible option, you can change your stay for free up to 21 days before arrival. Call us on 0330 029 6538 and we'll help you to get your break dates changed.

If you’ve added our Holiday Refund Plan, you can cancel your break up to 7 days before arrival for any covered reason and claim a refund. In the case of a Red Weather Warning, you’re protected right up to your arrival day.

If you’ve booked a Flexible rate, you can’t cancel for a refund, but you can change your break dates free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

Saver and Standard rates are non-refundable unless the Holiday Refund Plan is added at the time of booking.
