Ian began to play music one day at the age of 9 when his father himself a musician brought home a small ukulele and from then on he was hooked.
Guitar, Mandolin 5 string banjo and bass guitar soon followed and by the age of 14 Ian was performing as a regular on the local music scene playing anywhere from pubs to theatres as a multiinstrumentalist. A sought after session musician he has managed to have been a part of most genres of the music and entertainment industry enabling him to have played at some of the most prestigious venues in the land with some of the top names in the business. His love of variety prompted him in 1992 to launch his own multi instrumental comedy act which he continues to tour today.
