Half price room upgrades

The ‘Late Escapes’ offer applies to selected last-minute breaks set out on the relevant offer page. When booking a room, a 50% discount will be applied to the cost of an upgrade to the grade above a Standard grade room as well as to the cost of additional room features. The offer applies to upgrades from a Standard Room or Chalet to a Signature Room, Premier Chalet, Woodland Lodge, Castle Room or Deluxe Room depending on the hotel booked. The offer is subject to upgrade availability and cannot be applied to upgrades for room grades other than from a Standard Room. Supplements apply to additional room features such as patios, balconies, large rooms and rooms with garden, sea or lake view. Supplements also apply to single occupants, add-ons and extras, early check in, late check out, VIP experience, afternoon tea, selected activities, golf, excursions, experiences, hires and spa treatments. Prices are ‘from’ per person based on two people sharing standard accommodation with breakfast and dinner. The offer: (i) applies to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively nor price matched; (ii) cannot be combined with any other offer or discount (other than the multi-book bonus, cheapest ferry guaranteed, and seven night saving offers); (iii) is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, equivalent or alternative; (iv) is only applicable on bookings up to 19 people; and (v) cannot be used on bookings with group benefits or bookings made through coach and travel operators.
