Play the 18-hole Bainbridge championship course

At the centre of our Cotswolds golf breaks is The Bainbridge Course—a par-72, 18-hole championship parkland course redesigned in 2009 by renowned Open Championship architect Tom MacKenzie.
Weaving across 440 acres of rolling countryside, natural lakes, and mature woodlands, the layout offers a strategic test for players of all abilities. Play off the yellow tees for a relaxing game, or take on the white tees for a genuine championship challenge.
 
Course facilities include:
  • 18-hole par-72 championship course (buggy and electric trolley hire available)
  • Dedicated driving range, chipping area, and putting practice greens
  • Fully stocked Golf Pro Shop with club hire

Frequently asked questions about Cotswolds golf breaks

 

How many rounds of golf are included with my break?

Green fees are not automatically bundled into standard hotel room rates, allowing you to tailor your break. You can add as many rounds as you like by selecting a Golf Package during checkout, adding rounds via your My Warner Stay account after booking, or booking at the Golf Pro Shop on arrival.

How do I book tee times?

A member of the team will contact you within 48 hours of booking your golf package add on to book your tee times.

What tee times are available?

Tee times are available throughout daylight hours, subject to availability. For weekend breaks, golf break packages can be booked for tee times starting from 10:00 am (earlier weekend mornings are reserved for club members).

Can I play a round before check-in and after check-out?

Yes. You’re welcome to play on your arrival date before you check-in, and likewise on your departure date after you check-out.

Please note check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am.

Can I book more rounds in addition to those included in my golf package add on?

Yes. You’re able to book additional rounds of golf as you like. Simply use My Warner Stay to book additional rounds both in advance or during your stay.

Can I hire a buggy?

Yes. You’re welcome to add a buggy hire in advance or during your stay by using My Warner Stay. Buggy hire costs £40 per round on weekdays and £45 per round at weekends.

Please note weather conditions may impact buggy use therefore availability of buggy hire will be dependent on ground conditions.

Can I hire golf clubs?

Yes. Golf clubs are available to hire at the golf course reception for £25.

Are there trolleys available?

Yes. Push along trolleys are available to hire from the golf course reception for £5. We also have 2 electric trolleys for £15 per hire.
