Relax and recharge after your journey in our cosy coffee lounges, open from 10am to treat you to a peaceful start to your holiday! Rooms will be available from midday, and we’ll do our best to offer earlier access if possible.

Christmas Day feast
Kick off Christmas morning with a sparkle as you enjoy a delightful Bucks Fizz reception to set the holiday mood! For lunch, prepare to indulge as a four-course Christmas Day lunch awaits (pre-booking required). And if you're still hungry later on, in true Christmas party style, there'll also be a finger buffet in the evening.
Spectacular fireworks display
Wrap up warm and head outdoors to watch the sky come alive. On Christmas Day or Boxing Day, a breath taking fireworks display will burst into colour above the grounds† (weather permitting) - a magical moment to celebrate the occasion.
Enchanting evenings
As the evening arrives, take your seat as the Warner Theatre Company and visiting acts light up the stage with sparkling festive themed entertainment - every night of your stay.
A visit from Santa
Feel the magic of Christmas come to life as Santa makes a special appearance during your stay, bringing with him a touch of sparkle and festive cheer. And if you’ve been especially good this year, you might just find a little something waiting in your room.

What’s the festive season without a little indulgence? Treat yourself to a seasonal festive afternoon tea which includes seasonal mouth watering sweets and treats. For something lighter, the Coffee Nest will have some festive specials for you to enjoy too.^

Classic breaks offer a fun, sociable and familiar festive experience - with traditional entertainment, festive full-board dining**, and a buzzing atmosphere.
Reserve breaks provide a more refined stay, with upgraded festive dining, unique experiences, and a calmer, premium feel.

Is everything included in both break types?
Both breaks include accommodation, breakfast & dinner, daily seasonal entertainment and selected festive activities. Classic New Year breaks are full board (excluding Studley Castle).
Our Reserve New Year breaks are half board at Heythrop Park and The Runnymede on Thames and also include some indulgent touches such as prosecco on arrival, elevated menus and some bespoke experiences (some of which are chargeable).
Is the entertainment the same on both breaks?
All breaks include live entertainment and seasonal shows. For an overview of what entertainment is being shown during your break, check out the breaks grid above and select 'Nightly entertainment / Show full itinerary'.
The activities experiences on a Classic break are more familiar, with quizzes and a pantomime matinee. Reserve breaks offer some premium experiences for guests seeking a more refined celebration.
