Terms of entry

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be included in promotional video and photography across Warner Hotels’ social media platforms and website. They will also be required to provide feedback on their experience by completing a short form, and/or creating a video diary to be shared with Warner Hotels. Prize draw terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Leisure Employment Services Ltd, the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.
2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
3. To enter the prize draw applicants must apply by emailing gintern@warnerhotels.co.uk. They should include in the application:
   • Full name and contact phone number
   • Date of birth
   • Social media handles (if applicable)
   • Up to 100 words explaining why they think they would make a good ‘Gintern’
   Each applicant may submit one entry. Any additional entries beyond this limit will not be considered.
4. The prize draw opens for entries on at 11:00 AM (GMT) on 9 June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on 21 July 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.
6. A winner will be randomly selected from all applicable entries using an automated tool.
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be included in promotional video and photography across Warner Hotels’ social media platforms and website. They will also be required to provide feedback on their experience by completing a short form, and/or creating a video diary to be shared with Warner Hotels.
8. As part of the prize, the winner will receive:
   • A £500 cash prize, to be provided via bank transfer only to the winner following selection
   • A meeting with Lisa Snowdon at either The Runnymede on Thames or Heythrop Park (to be confirmed with the winner following selection)
   • A two-night stay at The Runnymede on Thames, including bed, breakfast, dinner, participation in a cocktail making masterclass and selected entertainment during the stay (subject to availability)
   • A two-night stay at Heythrop Park, including bed, breakfast, dinner, participation in a cocktail making masterclass and selected entertainment during the stay (subject to availability)
   Dates for each visit will be agreed with the winner upon selection, and are subject to change depending on hotel and talent availability. Applicants will need to make their own travel arrangements. Travel and transport expenses will not be included. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable, and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
9. The Promoter will notify the winner by email and phone call on or before 28 July 2025. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter with their bank details within seven days of being notified by the Promoter in the manner set out above, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails gintern@warnerhotels.co.uk or writes to Warner Hotels, 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to your surname, county, and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at gintern@warnerhotels.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Personal data supplied during this promotion will be used for prize draw administration and will be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. Please also see condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
18. The prize draw will be governed by English law, and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
19. The Promoter of this prize draw is Bourne Holidays Limited, trading as Warner Hotels, of No. 1 Park Lane, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP2 4YL.
